    MP for the coalition of state law, Abbas al-Bayati, said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will reach the parliament building in the second hour of the afternoon, to display the names of the candidates the new ministerial cabins, as he emphasized that the cabin comprises a mixture of candidates Abadi blocks.
