Mayahi: Excluding MoT from contracting condition to help in providing items of Ration Card

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aziz al-Mayahi, of the Economy and Investment Committee stated that executing the Ministry of Trade from the contracting condition to help in providing the items of the Ration Cards.
In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The decision of the Council of Ministers over excluding the MoT from the contracting condition is a good step towards providing the items of Ration Card.”
“The previous procedure was to contract with the government to provide the items of the Ration Card where it takes five months to provide those items,” he added.
He welcomed “The CoM’s decision expecting that it would have good results to provide the best quality of those items.”
