    Announced specialized commercial claims in a Baghdad court of first instance, retrieval of more than 5 billion dinars in favor of the state during the past five months, but pointed out that most of the money recovered from the companies violated civil government contracts.




    He said the first judge in the Court Amir al-Shammari, said that "the court was able to recover about five billion dinars and more than $ 46 million, for the period from the beginning of January until the end of May of this year."Shammari added that most of these funds have been collected from an Iraqi civil companies as a result of the payment of dues or because Bzmtha Akhalalha concluded with state contracts terms.

    He called on the civil companies to commit to working conditions through a contract with the other party, and the fulfillment of the commitments of time and material, pointing out that any breach of these conditions will weigh the balance the other end before the judiciary.
