"

" 
    He said al - Jubouri," well aware that the Banking Act No. 94 of 2004, the category of private banks as commercial rather than development, while the State - owned banks is a comprehensive banks exercising banking development and to engage in industrial investment and agricultural and others, also realize that this law has been issued in the conditions in which we live today it is necessary to modify it in line with thedevelopments of the stage and specifically from Article 28 to allow for private banks to exercise things business, provided that keeps the high liquidity of material. " 
    He called on the President of the House of Representatives to" form financial court capable of resolving theprivate banks and relevant problems, to be a specialist and better able to understand the complexities of theproblems of institutions and individuals and financial disputes , "pointing out that" the financial, industrial and commercial enterprises are able to determine the fate of the stability of any country in the world economy. "
    for his part , the financial advisor to the prime minister appearance said Mohammad Saleh said in an interview to the (long - Presse), " the war against al Daash represent a large part of the economic and social burden suffered by Iraq, as well as the displacement of more than four million displaced people , " noting that "displacement lifted from poverty levels in Iraq to 23% , where there are four out of every ten displaced people living below the poverty line. " 
    Saleh added that" the money that the war against organized drained led to the suspension of many development priorities in order to assign the battlefront, where they were allocated 23% of the financial budget to support the armed forces Iraq in all its forms, including the popular crowd and clans. "
