{Baghdad} Euphrates News announced that the federal judiciary, on Wednesday, forming a high-level judicial agency to investigate the documents offered by a local satellite TV channels.
He said the judiciary spokesman Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar said in a statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, " The Supreme Judicial Council decided to form a judicial body to investigate what I expounded {channel Covenant satellite} of documents described as leaked from the board of integrity."
He added that " the body was composed of the heads of public prosecution, and theboard of judicial supervision, the Court of Appeals BAGHDAD / Rusafa Federal", noting that " the composition was in accordance with Article {35 / III} of the judicial organization Law No. {160} of 1979, in terms of the provisions of section VII from it No. {12} for the year 2004 ".
