The federal judiciary announced on Wednesday the formation of a high-level judicial body to investigate the documents presented by one of the TV channels.
A judiciary spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement received (Il Giornale) a copy of it, that "the Supreme Judicial Council decided to form a judicial body to investigate what I expounded channel satellite Covenant of documents described as leaked from the Integrity Commission."
He added that "the body is composed of the heads of General Prosecutor's Office, the Judiciary Inspection Department, and the Court of Appeals BAGHDAD / Rusafa Federal."
Bayraktar noted that the "composition came in accordance with Article (35 / III) of the Judicial Organization Law No. 160 of 1979, in terms of the provisions of Section VII of the order No. 12 of 2004" .anthy 3
