[ltr]Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim stressed today the need to restructure the administrative system of the Iraqi state, adding that there should be the priorities of working out after the "liberation of the country" from Daesh.[/ltr]
[ltr]Hakim said in a speech at the Diwan of Baghdad, according to a statement of the Supreme Council Sunday, received / balances News / copy of the "political will possible be derived from everyone or from a harmonious and strong team."[/ltr]
