[ltr]Finance Committee announced in the House of Representatives for the failure of international consultations between the government and representatives of the International Monetary Fund, which was headed by former Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
The committee member said Haitham al-Jubouri's "approach to the news that" those consultations chaired Zebari has failed, as evidenced by the fund refused to lend Iraq officials without that there be an amendment to the budget.
He criticized al-Jubouri, all votes that linked loans that can be granted by the international community for Iraq Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, adding that any government official, the ministry as an agent or an economic advisor to the government could negotiate with international financial officials to lend to Iraq during the next phase.
