Both were from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Ministry of Oil of the Republic of Iraq had signed in November 15 of 2015, a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of oil and natural gas.
