    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Lateef Mustafa of the Kurdish Chance bloc, called the government to pay attention to the services sector and not to resort to the armament after the country’s reliving from the UN Charter’s 7th Chapter.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki is visiting Russia currently to discuss the bilateral relations between both countries and the events in the region as well as concluding arms deals, according to the statements of the State of Law Coalition’s MPs.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Mustafa told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The step of lifting the UN sanctions on Iraq is not achieved by certain side, but it is a result of all the Iraqi people’s efforts.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]He called on “the government not to waste funds on purchasing arms, but it should focus on providing services.”[/ltr]
