    Shafaq
News / A close source to the Iraqi government revealed on Wednesday,
that the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has given a final warning to
dismiss the absent ministers from Tuesday’s session if this case was
    repeated again.

The source said in an interview with "Shafaq
News" that "the internal procedure of the Council of Ministers
stipulated to dismiss the absent minister deliberately from the
council’s sessions without a reason like illness or death," noting that
"ministers who were absent from the Council of Ministers meeting have no
    objective reasons" .

The source, who asked not to be named,
added "the Presidency of the Council of Ministers directed final warning
to the absent ministers from the session if they don’t resume their
attendance to the meetings of the Council of Ministers."

    The
source added that "the minister who wants to boycott the session can
submit his resignation, otherwise it is illegal and unconstitutional and
delaying to the work of the Council of Ministers”.

    The Council
of Ministers convened its regular session on Tuesday, in the absence of
al- Iraqiya List ministers and attendance of the Kurdish Ministers.

    A
government source said in an interview with "Shafaq News" that "the
Council of Ministers convened its regular session on Tuesday in the
absence of the Iraqi ministers and the leader in it and Deputy of the
Prime Minister , Saleh al-Mutlaq," noting that "all the Kurdish
    ministers had attended the meeting."

State law: If you did not attend the Maliki Iraqi ministers will appoint other proxy list says: It is not right

    Haider Ali Jawad - 01/17/2013 - 1:02 pm

Revealed a coalition of state law that Prime Minister intends to appoint ministers proxy if it continues ministers of the Iraqi List absent from the meetings of the Council of Ministers, pointing out that this measure is consistent with the law of public office, which applies to ministers, in what was considered a boycott of the Council of Ministers and their presence in their ministries, double standards.

And amazed coalition of non-participation of Minister of the Committee set up by the government to consider the demands of the demonstrators in while demanding its investigation.

While calling on the Iraqi List, the prime minister to address parliament if hair shorten any minister, because it is has the power to dismiss ministers and not the government, considered threatened resignation of the minister is to rally street sectarian, and reveals the real crisis afflicting Maliki.

While, gold Kurdistan Alliance that right Dismissal of Ministers is not, however Maliki, but however Parliament exclusively, attributed the failure to attend cabinet, to the difference in their vision in the diagnosis of the public interest, also considered that the absence reveals an imbalance in the political situation, calling for reform by demanding their return .

And said Jabbar Kanani, MP for the Dawa Party, the coalition of state law, "if it continues ministers of the Iraqi absenteeism sessions of the Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister is determined to assign ministers proxy for non-disabled people's interests, because the Council of Ministers witness important decisions affecting the interests of citizens , "pointing out that" some ministers engaged in their duties in their ministries, not attending meetings of the Council of Ministers, and are threatening to boycott this duplication. "

The Kanani that "the withdrawal of ministers from the cabinet meetings, not Abaha any constitution, because the minister man executive manages the interests and needs of the people and the state departments," noting that "ministers are subject to the law of public office, if absent someone a long time, there must be a legal action brought to account this Minister. "

Noteworthy that some local news sites, quoted yesterday, a source close to the prime minister as saying that the Prime Minister threatened to absentees from the existing Iraqi ministers meeting last Tuesday to adjudicate in the case of repeated absences for the next meeting to be held next Tuesday.

The source said that "the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers to separate text from deliberately absent from meetings of the Council without reason blocker, which includes illness or death," noting that "ministers who were absent from meetings of the Council of Ministers have no objective reasons."

The source continued that "the minister who wants the province can submit his resignation, and otherwise is absent is illegal and unconstitutional and crippling business and jobs cabinet", pointing out that "the Council will take decisions for the dismissal at the next meeting right from absent from the minister."

Surprised at MP for the coalition of state law, "the non-participation of Minister boycotters of the Council of Ministers in the committee set up to consider the legitimate demands of the demonstrators," adding that "requiring them to achieve the demands of the demonstrators, with non-attendance, are double standards experienced by these ministers."

For his part, Ray Ahmed al-Alwani, MP for the Iraqi List, said that "the threat of Prime Minister sacking ministers of the Iraqi List, the escalation of the crisis, and that he if felt any shortening of a minister, raising letter to the House of Representatives against him, requesting the dismissal of the minister, because he can not dismiss any minister without reference to Parliament ", adding" we must be the premier part of the solution, not be the focus of the problem, this threat will come okay not to Iraq and the political process, and reveals that al-Maliki is suffering from a real crisis. "

He Alwani "The case started yet clear demonstrations and sit-ins Anbar and Nineveh, when he described Mr. Prime Minister demonstrations as bubble fetid, and these words and actions recently, the war of some deputies of the state law specifically, and the launch of lies is to mobilize the street sectarian."

In turn, considered Mahma Khalil, MP for the Kurdistan Alliance that "the position of Minister of the political crisis, is what urged them to insist not to come to the Council of Ministers," adding that "ministers are leaders in their respective Groups, and know the interests of their country more than others, it is their right audience or or not, they see that the public interest lies in the audience or not. "

He Khelil "they were in the past attending and not attending today, indicates the presence of a defect in the political situation, it must solve this imbalance to يعاودوا attendance," believing that "the Council of Ministers does not solve problems, but leaders of political blocs are the crisis is resolved through consensus ".

He noted Kurdistan Alliance MP, said that "the Constitution is clear and explicit, that which gives confidence to the Council of Ministers and the President and his deputies is the House of Representatives, legitimacy or impeachment issued by the House of Representatives, no one can sack the minister, but the House of Representatives."
