    Student leader of the white bloc MP Aziz Sharif Mayahi on Saturday the government to backtrack on its decision to withhold card Altamonah for whose salaries exceeded one million and 500 thousand dinars.
    The government decided earlier withheld card Altamoana for civil and military personnel whose salaries exceed a million and a half million.
    Mayahi said in a statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of the "decision to withhold card Altamonah for civil and military personnel whose monthly salaries exceeded one million and 500 thousand dinars is hasty decision and _AT_ NGED any economic justification for him at the present time."
    He added that "the economic situation is on the rise in Iraq because of economic growth and the amount of a million and a half not enough some of them with high requirements of living private tuition or rent housing in addition to the quota Altamonah is a fraction of the right of the citizen of Iraqi oil imports and therefore withheld is robbed of the most basic human citizenship. "
    Mayahi called on the government to "step back from the decision immediately and find alternative mechanisms if necessary to support low-income families or application of the decision to withhold card Altamonah for those who exceed the monthly income of three million dinars and above."
    The Council of Ministers decided in its ninth regular meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 to approve the continuation of the ration card system and the distribution of its vocabulary one basket to ensure they arrive fully and regular citizens. Ended
