Turkey to open new border crossings with Iraq
BAGHDAD (Independent) .. The Minister of Customs and Trade Turkish my life Yazigi that there is a study to open the gates حدوديتين with Iraq, the first of its area (Ozumla) in the province of (Hakkari), and the second area (Goleaza) in the province of (Şırnak) ..
Yazigi noted that open Maibrhdodih there does not mean that the activities of customs procedure, but to create business centers. Yazigi explained - in remarks to reporters in Krshahyr province in the central Anatolia - Turkey fully completed all the procedures relating to open the crossings, and then sign a memorandum of understanding with Iraq to build a border gates to activate commercial activities.
The newspaper quoted (Sabah) Turkey on Thursday Yazigi saying that work is continuing in this direction as well as a study of the construction of a bridge crossing Habor border .. denying reports that refer to the possibility of the closure of Turkey gate border (Akjaqlah) with Syria following the increase in ongoing clashes side of the Syrian areas adjacent to the border with Turkey.
Yazigi said that any clashes on the Syrian side of course affect the movement of the border crossings but can not close the border gates, pointing out that the security forces following the current events there closely
