    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The former parliament Speaker, Mahmoud al-Mashhadani accused certain countries, without naming them, of utilizing their budgets to rip away Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Mashhadani said “The foreign challenges that are facing Iraq are bigger than the adopted security strategies, therefore the security situation is deteriorating from time to time, assuring “the posture is more dangerous than expected.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]“The political crisis affects the security posture, so the political process should be reformed to rehabilitate the security situation,” he added.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He called on the politicians to reach compromises to confront the terrorism, pointing out that “some countries are investing their budgets to ruin Iraq and achieve their evil goals through destabilizing the security in Iraq.”[/ltr]
