[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Alawi, calls to leave the sectarian project and build the civil state.[/ltr]
[ltr]In his Facebook account, he stated “Change can be achieved by leaving the sectarian projects and building the civil state that comprises all Iraqis.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“The collapse of the civil state and its institutions leads to the interference of other sides to settle the crisis where this is a big problem,” he concluded.[/ltr]
