    KUWAIT, July 2 (KUNA) - A new initiative to resolve the crisis between Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt on the one hand and the State of Qatar on the other, has been made up of five items, the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Siyasah reported.
    According to the articles of the initiative as revealed by the Kuwaiti newspaper to reduce the programs of incitement and stir up tensions on Al Jazeera and promise not to attack Egypt and the Gulf countries again.
    The newspaper said that the United States has entered full weight on the line of the Qatari crisis in support of Kuwaiti mediation, which seeks to find a solution to end the tension in the region and stop the escalation, and responds to the requests of the boycotted countries, and end their concerns at the same time.
    The meeting, which was held between US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Washington and Qatar's Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani and State Minister for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammed Al-Abdullah, discussed the final points of an agreement to be reached between the parties, Gulf Cooperation Council, Washington included its implementation and supervised by Kuwait to implement and follow-up.
    The sources said that the main points of the planned agreement, which is likely to be signed next week in Kuwait, if approved by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt, the five main items are:

    Second: the return of the Turkish troops that arrived in Doha after the crisis to their country.

    Fourth, Qatar should submit all documents related to the organizations on its territory to the US security authorities.
    Fifth: reducing the programs of incitement and provocation on Al Jazeera channel and pledge not to attack the Gulf States and Egypt.
    The sources added that the United States aims to end the Gulf crisis quickly, in order to devote full time to the Syrian file, pointing to the existence of almost certain information about the preparation of Washington to launch strong military strikes on the positions of the Syrian army in the coming days.
    The sources said that the announcement of the US Department of Defense monitored suspicious activity at the base of the Syrian air capes used to launch the chemical attack last April, and the warning to the Syrian government of the consequences of a new chemical attack, comes in preparation for these strikes.
