    Abadi confirms the transfer of powers to the provinces

    The Prime Minister Haider Abadi, yesterday, the need to move the transfer of powers to the provinces properly and according to clear instructions and non-interference of politicians in executive affairs.
    "The fighters who launched from the provinces to liberate al-Anbar, Salah al-Din and Mosul have gone beyond sectarianism and achieved national unity and victory in their finest sense," Abadi said in a statement.
