The Cabinet voted to form the National Housing Initiative Committee.
"The cabinet held its regular session under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and voted to form the National Housing Initiative Committee," a statement by the prime minister said.
"The council also voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of Underwater Cultural Heritage."
