Russia: There is still a dangerous danger despite progress in the Syrian settlement

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that the threat posed by criminal gangs still exists, despite relative progress in the Syrian settlement.
Speaking at a joint press conference with his Indonesian counterpart Ritno Marchudi in Jakarta, Lavrov said the two countries' position on the need to resolve all differences on the solid foundation of international law and based on respect for the principles and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and through political dialogue without any outside interference.
"We are deeply concerned about the situation in the Middle East and North Africa, and despite the relative progress made in the Syrian settlement and the fight against terrorism, the threat posed by the Al-Qaeda organization has not disappeared," he said, noting that "elements of the terrorist organization continue to spread around the world, Russia and Indonesia ".
Lavrov said that Moscow and Jakarta "agreed to give special attention to coordinating efforts in the fight against this evil at the intelligence level."
