Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasimi criticized the new US strategy towards Pakistan, calling on the US administration to stop interfering in the affairs of the countries of the region and the policy of dictating it.
"What America owes to other countries today is the result of years of wrong and wrong policies for this country, especially in Afghanistan, its opportunistic strategies, its unilateral policies and its erroneous interventions, which only escalated the chaos," Qasimi said in a statement Thursday evening. Tension and the growth of terrorism and extremism in the region.

Qassimi advised the US government not to interfere in the affairs of the countries of the region and to refrain from dictating the policy. He added that the countries of the region have the necessary energies to cooperate in combating terrorism and establish security and stability in their region. They do not need America's destabilizing and terrorism-sponsoring strategies.
