    Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri, yesterday, that Iraq has begun a new stage at the level of influence in the regional and international decision.     He also warned of the danger of what he described as "armed parties", which constitute the arms of political parties and blocs, and renewed the call to limit the arms of the state and hold the violators accountable.
