The Iraqi Constitution is not a text from heaven, and can be amended at any time, stressing the need to be committed to this document as the guarantor of the first and last rights of all.
Habib said in a statement received by the Journal News that "the Iraqis have valuable opportunities in the consensus to build a state of citizenship in which everyone feels safe, secure and equality," noting that "the Constitution is the highest social contract between citizens in one country, The father of laws and the first and last guarantor of the rights of all. "
He added that "all political forces of all parties and spectra may have comments on the constitution, which is normal, in the end it is not a text from heaven, and it can be modified at any time as long as it is a human product." He stressed "the need to activate the abilities and capabilities of the Iraqi individual And linking them to the pace of growth and production properly by taking advantage of our wealth away from differences of views on this issue or that. "
