[rtl]The governor of Baghdad, Atwan al-Atwani, an agreement with the Prime Minister to form four emergency committees to review the stalled projects and the launch of financial allocations and the possibility of implementation and discuss the obstacles and problems in the service process in the regions of the parties.[/rtl]
