(Baghdad: al-Furat News) Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said that the Kurdistan region expanded at the expense of internal crises, noting that "we will not allow the targeting of civilians and federal forces."
Abadi said in his weekly press conference on Tuesday that "our federal forces have completed deployment in all disputed areas," noting that "the Kurdistan region has expanded at the expense of internal crises," stressing that "not to allow targeting civilians or federal forces."
"We will not resort to any state or axis to solve our internal problems," he said, stressing "the commitment of the Iraqi government to pay the salaries of employees in the region and protect the security of citizens."
"We have the names of those who plan to include the disputed areas in security crises, and names planning security crises in the disputed areas," he said, referring to "the presence of those who seek to undermine security in the country."
He pointed out that "the region controlled two-thirds of the oil of Kirkuk after the entry of Daash," pointing out that "we are working to achieve justice in the distribution of wealth to all regions of Iraq," noting that "
"The disclosure of a partnership between some of the corrupt and oil smugglers of Kurdistan," declaring "the export of 550 thousand barrels of Iraqi oil in October last through the port of Jahan Turkish."
He explained that "the number of employees and Peshmerga in the region under scrutiny and most of them is not sound," adding that "the decision of the Federal Court on the referendum is in force on all regions of Iraq."
"We have directed the security forces to deal with any attack even from inside Syrian territory," he said. "There is a global desire to learn about the capabilities and expertise of the Iraqi joint forces," he said, adding that "there is a serious terrorist threat, Europe and the countries of the region are not immune to it. "Our weapons capabilities are in advanced stages and we are strengthening them by supplying fighter jets."
He revealed that "the Council of Ministers agreed to release the dues of farmers for the past three years, and agreed to exempt contractors from the benefits of their loans," recalling that "the German Chancellor confirmed the existence of financial support for Iraq."
