    He stressed "adopting programs for economic, political and social reform and special programs to activate the role of youth and women in society as well as programs of administrative reform, fighting corruption, eliminating partisan quotas and distancing Iraq from regional conflicts and not using its territory as a clearing ground between rival regional states." 
    He stressed that "the respect of thought and other opinion and the beliefs of all Iraqis and the status of the right man in the right place," noting that "the coalition is about to put forward the future program to the public to see it and open debate on it."
    "The Alliance of Democratic Forces came to be a political alternative to save the country from the deteriorating situation left by the parties of political quotas," says the Iraqi Umma Party in the Alliance of Civil Democratic Forces, Khalid Thamer al-Nasseri.
