    [rtl]The Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works Ann Nafie Oossi announced on Sunday the receipt of approvals for the allocation of five billion dinars, within the amounts required to be allocated as emergency to meet the needs of directorates of the provinces in preparation for the rainy season .[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Five billion dinars have been allocated to meet the needs of the provincial directorates in order to prepare for the rainy and flood season, and according to regular technical and pricing reports on the maintenance and drainage of the rainwater networks and the stations operating on them," said Ann Nafie Oussi, in a statement. The fuel needed for the generators and generators, as well as the repair of the mechanisms and generators at the stations and the purchase of batteries and tires, especially as the air conditions expect a high-humidity winter season so that the directorates can prepare early for emergency situations and provide the requirements for rainwater drainage in a manner that does not lead to Z RAR with public money and citizens .[/rtl]

    [rtl]This comes as the country faces water scarcity with complete lack of rainfall in all Iraqi provinces while reducing Iraq's share of water to 50%.[/rtl]
