    Information / Baghdad ..
On Thursday, Deputy State Minister Kamel al-Zaidi gave Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi the green light for the technical delegation to complete negotiations with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to hand over border crossings, airports and mixed areas before embarking on political understanding.
"Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi does not intend to open a political dialogue before the technical delegation, led by Army Chief of Staff Othman al-Ghanmi, ends the negotiations to hand over all the border crossings to Baghdad, as well as the army entering all mixed areas," al-Zaidi said in a statement. According to the borders of March 21, 2003, "stressing that" Abadi gave the technical delegation the green light to complete the negotiations. "
Zaidi added that "the technical delegation, if completed its tasks with Erbil, a peaceful agreement and the fulfillment of all the conditions of Baghdad will receive a delegation of political and government unified from Arbil to complete political negotiations on other conditions."
He added that "the political negotiations between the parties will focus on the abolition of the referendum formally and the management of financial resources for the Kurdistan region and provide salaries of staff and hand over oil fields in the region to Baghdad and end all points of contention since 2003 until now."
Zaidi pointed out that "Abadi intends not to renew differences with Irbil at all according to those understandings and end the suffering of the Kurdish citizen because of the political government of Erbil, which caused a severe economic crisis." Ending / 25 d
