    [ltr]The United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) on Wednesday announced an additional contribution of € 17 million from the German government, which is aimed at surveying and eliminating explosive risks in support of humanitarian and stabilization initiatives.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"We welcome an additional contribution from the German government of 17 million euros (20.2 million US dollars) to survey and eliminate the explosive risks in support of humanitarian and stabilization initiatives," the department said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
