    [ltr]The Prime Minister, Haidar al-Abadi, on Saturday, during a meeting with a delegation from the Kurdistan region headed by the President of the Government of the Territory, Nigervan Barzani, the importance of the re-activation of all federal authorities in the region, while renewed the government's position to adhere to the borders of Kurdistan as stipulated by the Constitution.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A statement from the Prime Minister's Office received a copy of it, "Al-Abbadi, received a delegation from the Kurdistan region headed by Nigervan Barzani, and the membership of his deputy, Qubad Talabani and Fouad Hussein," noting that "the meeting discussed the latest political and security situation and resolve the problems between the federal government and the region According to the Constitution. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]Abadi stressed the "unity and sovereignty of Iraq and that the citizens of the region are part of the Iraqi people," stressing the "importance of the re-activation of all federal authorities in the region, including border crossings and airports."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out, "the continuation of the work of the competent committees to open airports after the completion of all procedures to return the full federal authorities to them," noting that "the international border must be under federal control as one of the exclusive powers of the federal authority."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He reiterated the government's position on "the need to abide by the borders of the region stipulated by the Constitution," noting "the importance of delivering oil extracted to the federal authorities and the export of oil exclusively by the federal government through the company Sumo."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He stressed on "the importance of completing the work of the committees that review the salaries of the staff of the region and accelerate the launch and ensure access to eligible employees and be subject to the control of the Federal Audit Bureau."[/ltr]
