    [ltr]The Federal Supreme Court confirmed on Sunday the inadmissibility of extraditing the Iraqi to foreign authorities, indicating that the Iraqi constitution of 2005 and the Law of Criminal Procedure No. 23 of 1973 amending this prohibition.[/ltr]
