    BAGHDAD - The Iraqi Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that the extradition of the accused Ali Bashar to Germany is a legal violation, while stressing Iraq's keenness to realize the right and punish the offender, but within constitutional contexts.
    "The extradition of the accused authorities of Kurdistan to the German authorities is a legal violation because there is no joint agreement between the two countries to extradite the wanted men," ministry spokesman Ahmad Mahjoub said in a statement received by Iraq News.
    He added that "Baghdad is a violation of the hand that was handed over and the body that received the fact that the exchange of wanted authority authority of the Federal Ministry of Justice."
    "Iraq's keenness to achieve the right and punish the offender, but within the legal and constitutional contexts that do not affect national sovereignty."
    On June 9, 2018, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry announced that federal authorities were conducting an investigation into the case of Iraqi young man Ali Bashar, accused of murdering the German girl.

    The Iraqi Foreign Ministry confirmed on Wednesday that the extradition of the authorities of Kurdistan, accused of Ali Bashar to the German authorities is a legal violation, because there is no joint agreement between the two countries to extradite the wanted.


    The spokesman for the ministry, Ahmed Mahjoub said in a statement, that Baghdad is a violation of the hand that was handed over and the receiving entity that the exchange of wanted persons a sovereign authority of the Federal Ministry of Justice.
