    Iraq and Jordan discussed on Sunday the granting of visas to nationals of both countries and conditions of prisoners. 
    "Interior Minister Qasim al-Araji, who is visiting Amman at the head of a delegation including the Undersecretary for Federal Security Affairs, the Commander of the Border Guard Forces, Director of Public Citizenship and Director of the Department of Relations and Information, held a meeting at the Jordanian Ministry of Interior. Minister of Transport, Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry and Director of Public Security and Security and Police Leaders of the Ministry of the Interior. "
    At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi to His Majesty the King of Jordan and to the Government and the people of the Kingdom for their warm hospitality and hospitality. During the meeting, they discussed a number of security issues of common interest, which reflected positively on the interests of both countries, Attributes of entry between the two countries and dealing with the situation and the situation of the Iraqi community in Jordan. " 
    The two sides also discussed "the issues of Trebil and Karama, as well as discussing the conditions of prisoners and discussing the strengthening of relations between the two countries in combating terrorism, drugs and organized crime and enhancing cooperation on the issue of the common border of 181 km." 
    The participants also discussed "the signing of security agreements between them and the exchange of visits to enhance the experience between police and security services in both countries."
    Araji said during the meeting on the formation of a joint security system in the region working to strengthen Arab security and stability, especially the security of the region as well as the trend to establish a security conference for neighboring countries at the level of interior ministers. 
    Interior Minister Qassem al-Araji arrived Saturday evening at the head of a delegation from the ministry to the capital, Amman, on a visit to Jordan on Monday, during which he will meet senior leaders and officials in Jordan.
