BAGHDAD / obelisk: Foreign Minister Hoshiyar Zebari, Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Alexander Vershbow, said on Friday, on the completion of bilateral agreements between the two sides in the fields of information security and training.
The Web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a press statement, that it came during a meeting with Zebari, today, the Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Alexander Vershbow.
The statement, which was obtained by "obelisk", a copy of it, that "Zebari discussed with the Deputy Secretary General of NATO Iraq's relations with the alliance."
He added that he was "an emphasis on the completion of bilateral agreements between the two sides in the fields of information security and training," noting that it was "also stressed the importance of activating the cell joint coordination between Iraqi security officials and NATO officials for the courses and activities hosted by the Alliance."
The statement pointed out that "search future visits between officials of the two sides, as well as appoint an Iraqi military attache in Brussels for coordination with NATO."
