[Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained the reason for the suspension of visas for foreign visitors to Iraq.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmad Mahjoub said in a statement that the ministry issued a circular to all our missions to resume issuance of visas to visitors after two days' delay for reasons related to the technical procedures of a new electronic system (the unified window) to be adopted later Until the completion of all technical and administrative requirements. "
He denied Mahjoub "because of the circulation of interpretations and interpretations of some media about the suspension of issuance of visas for Iranian, Lebanese or other nationalities," stressing that "Iraqi consulates granting visas normally as of today."

BAGHDAD - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday issued a clarification on the granting of entry visas to Iranian visitors, denying the interpretation of some of the media's explanations about the suspension of visas.
"The ministry has issued a circular to all our missions to resume issuance of visas to visitors after a two-day suspension for reasons related to the technical procedures of a new electronic system (the unified window)," ministry spokesman Ahmed Mahjoub said in a statement received by Iraq News.
"This system will be adopted at a later date until all its technical and administrative requirements are met," Mahjoub said. "There is no truth to what is being circulated from interpretations and interpretations by some media about the suspension of issuing visas to Iranian, Lebanese or other nationalities."
"Our consulates are granting visas as of today," he said. Finished
