The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, the families of the victims in the incident of Seoul Shirqat, in the province of Salah al-Din.
Saleh said in a tweet on his personal account on Twitter about "his pain to get this in Iraq the country of good things."
Saleh praised the "urgent response of the Prime Minister to the painful incident," stressing "the need to accelerate the reconstruction and services and the return of the displaced."
