    Twilight News / House of Representatives to raise its regular Thursday, which was scheduled on the agenda to discuss its financial budget of the country for the year 2014 to the next Saturday.

    The Kurds seek to export oil from the fields directly to Turkey via a new pipeline completed late last year, but Baghdad refuses to this endeavor and says it only right owner in the management of oil wealth.

    The parties are negotiating for months to reach an agreement.

    The federal budget for the year 2014 about 174 trillion dinars, which is larger in the country's history.

    Kurdistan and stopped pumping oil to the Iraqi government line in late 2012 because of disagreements over payments to foreign companies operating in the region.

    The demands of the Kurdistan about four billion dollars accrued to oil companies that develop fields in the region, but Baghdad refuses to pay.

    The House of Representatives of the Kurds in the Iraqi Council of Representatives has boycotted the voting session on the budget in 2013 in protest against the non-inclusion of dues oil companies under the terms of the budget.
