Movement in the Dhi Qar Council to make administrative changes in the legislative and executive bodies

A member of the provincial council of Dhi Qar, Shahid al-Ghalbi, Tuesday 9 April 2019, the Council's sessions have been stalled for three months after the receipt of its President Hamid al-Ghazi, the functions of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
Shahid al-Ghalibi said that "the Council of Dhi Qar three months ago without a president and running by proxy," noting that "many of its meetings were disrupted and did not convene because of confusion, after the President of the Council [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/71942/%D8%AD%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%BA%D8%B2%D9%8A]Hamid al-Ghazi[/url] functions of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers."
Al-Ghalibi added that the Dhi Qar council was waiting for Ghazi to decide between staying in the council or resigning and going to assume the duties of the General Secretariat. But after Ghazi became officially appointed, the provincial council is waiting for Ghazi to submit his resignation request, .

It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi and after accepting the resignation of the relations, commissioned an official letter, Hamid al-Ghazi, the functions of the post of Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers as a successor to the relationship.
