A coalition of state law, led by al-Maliki, Tuesday, paid dues to the Kurdistan region without handing over the center of one barrel of oil, theft of funds of oil-producing provinces and a legal violation.
"Any financial dues paid to the region without the delivery of oil is a theft of the money of our provinces," MP Mansour al-Baiji said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
