    The Commission said in a statement received a copy of it that "the investigation office of the Commission in the province of Babylon carried out a control; based on the news that the province and the municipality to buy materials from the budget of clean payments contrary to the provisions of the federal budget of local markets and types of poor, Of the presence of some in the municipal stores since last year. "
    The statement added that "the investigation of the investigation office in the province led to the receipt of the municipality of Hilla large quantities of containers of waste types and other materials equipped by a private company, and distributed some of these materials between the municipal institutions in the province contrary to the law and instructions and without the priorities of purchase and before the introduction of storage; Because of the absence of two committees for receipt and inspection take the tasks of entry warehouse and conform to technical specifications, while it was found that there is no contract concluded with the civil company processed materials in the Office of the province.
    He added that "the staff of the investigation office of the Commission in the province and after obtaining a decision of the Hilla investigation court to control the processed materials, some of which were entered into the stores in violation of the law and instructions, moved to the warehouses of the Directorate of the municipality of Hilla and was able to control (984) container cleaning vehicle, 952) hanging container, and (12) column electricity and other materials estimated in millions of dinars have been achieved, and the organization of a record of the seizure of assets, and presented to the competent judicial authorities. Ending / 25
