    [size=18]The deputies of Kirkuk on the list of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan appealed on Saturday, the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, Adel Abdul Mahdi, to intervene immediately and put an end to the security breaches in the district of Daqouk, while calling on the federal government to send competent committees to investigate these violations and announce the results as soon as possible.


    "We appeal to Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to intervene immediately to put an end to the security breaches in the district of Daqouq, Kirkuk province, especially after the occurrence of three security breaches that killed a number of martyrs and wounded as a result of criminal acts irresponsible," the deputies said in a statement.







    The statement pointed out that "some villages in Daquq came under mortar bombardment resulting in the death of one person and wounding three others, in addition to the killing of a whole family, killing nine people and wounding another, followed by the killing of an officer working within the ranks of security forces." 

    The statement added that "while condemning and denouncing such criminal acts, we are surprised by the lack of intervention and the conduct of immediate investigations and therefore we hold the security authorities responsible for these violations and negligence towards what is happening in Daqouk of targeting the lives of citizens."


    The statement concluded by saying: "We call on the federal government to send specialized committees to investigate these violations and announce the results as soon as possible and work to limit such acts do not have to do with humanity."
