    The Committee on Integrity of Parliament, on Wednesday, accused the Department of Oil Projects in the Ministry of Oil to marginalize and disrupt the work of the designs by signing partnership contracts projects with foreign companies despite the existence of considerable experience in the body and waste of public money.

    Committee member Jawad Hamdan told Al-Maalouma that the Designs Authority contains great experiences and has achievements not less than foreign expertise and is responsible for preparing the designs of projects projects in the Ministry of Oil.

    He added that "the Department of projects resorted to conclude contracts with foreign companies to implement projects," pointing out that "partnership contracts mean the control of oil companies and domination of everything and disrupt Iraqi cadres and thus waste of public money."

    He continued that "that step disrupted and paralyzed the movement of designs despite the experience contained and comparable to foreign expertise," pointing out that "among those contracts, many oil projects in Basra and Dhi Qar." Done 25 and
