Habib said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “More than 59 localities were referred by the former project manager,” indicating that the technical agent is one of the main obstacles to disrupting street coverings and providing services to the people of Baghdad.
He added, "The delay in approving the invitation procedures led to the deprivation of 59 localities in the capital, Baghdad, of basic services."
Habib, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, called for "immediate intervention to end the incorrect procedures of the technical agent in the Baghdad Municipality."
In a previous interview with the Information Agency, Mahdia Al-Lami, member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, confirmed the imminent approval of the capital law during the current parliamentary session. Ended / 25 h
