(Baghdad: Euphrates News) The House of Representatives, rejected the decisions of the governors to exempt the heads of administrative units and general managers in the provinces.
In a letter addressed by the General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers - the supreme body for coordination among the provinces, the Euphrates News Agency obtained a copy of it. Administrative units and general directors voted in the provincial councils or appointed from their respective ministries
