[rtl]The Federal Supreme Court dismisses the appeal against the formation of the constitutional amendment committee[/rtl]

[rtl]Today, Tuesday, the Federal Supreme Court filed an appeal against the formation of a committee in the House of Representatives to amend the constitution, and ruled that it be rejected.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The Federal Supreme Court held a session headed by Judge Medhat Al-Mahmoud and the presence of all the member judges, and the case of the litigant speaker of the House of Representatives was examined, in addition to his position," court spokesman Iyas al-Samuk said in a statement received by "Tomorrow Press".[/rtl]
[rtl]The Samuk added, "The plaintiff appealed the decision of the House of Representatives issued on 10/28/2019, which includes the formation of a committee to make constitutional amendments, for the reasons mentioned in the lawsuit."[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out, "The Federal Supreme Court listened to the statements of the prosecutor's agents and the attorneys of the defendant, and found that the formation of the committee came in line with the provisions of Article (142 / First) of the Constitution."[/rtl]
[rtl]And Samok stated that, "According to the foregoing, the court found that the plaintiff's case was not based on a basis of the constitution and the law, and accordingly, the ruling decided to dismiss it."[/rtl]
