    The information / Baghdad ..
Former Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi accused the Sunni and Kurdish parties of refusing to give up their entitlements and insisted on work in quotas, revealing an agreement between Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and the Kurdish forces in exchange for giving him confidence.
Allawi said in televised statements that "the majority of the Shiite forces, the most prominent of them are walking, and Fatah supported the abolition of quotas," explaining that "the Sunni and Kurdish parties refused to give up their entitlements and insisted on the work of quotas."
Allawi added that "the Kurdish leadership informed him of the need to nominate political ministers to preserve the constitutional entity of the region," adding, "If I had waived my conditions for forming a government for one of the parties, I would now be prime minister."
Allawi pointed out that "Muhammad Al-Halbousi insisted on naming the ministers of the Sunnah himself, but I refused that," noting that "there was an agreement between Al-Halbousi and the Kurdish forces regarding sharing the benefits and naming the ministers in exchange for giving me confidence." Ended / 25
