Independent politician Salam Al-Zobaie confirmed today, Thursday, that the Baathists cannot participate in political decision-making, because that is a disgrace to the Iraqi people.
Al-Zobaie said in an interview with "Al-Ahd" channel, "There are employees of the Electoral Commission who hold the American passport, contributing not to my victory in the elections."
He added that "our participation in the previous elections aimed at presenting a political project that was not accepted," noting that "this political project that we presented is in the interest of the Iraqis."
He pointed out that "most of those present in the political process are incompetent and do not deserve to participate in it."
