Justice sends lists of persons covered by a special pardon to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers

Minister of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Farouk Shawani announced that he sent lists of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers who are covered by a special amnesty.
Shawani said in a press statement that "the Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] sent lists of applicants in the prison departments of the Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] who are [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/145802/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B4%D9%85%D9%88%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%86 %D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%81%D9%88 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%B5]covered by a special amnesty[/url] to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
He added, "The lists included the names of the depositors in the Iraqi Reform Department, who numbered (950) inmates, along with copies of the verdicts issued against them by the competent courts, as well as the names of the inmates in the Juvenile Correction Department, who numbered (57) minors.
Shawani pointed out that “the Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] submitted a request to the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]Council of Ministers to[/url] issue a special amnesty to some of the convicts in order to avoid the spread of the Corona epidemic.
He pointed out that "the cabinet approved the proposal, as the files of inmates in the ministry's prisons who were included in the amnesty decision were checked according to specific articles in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]the cabinet[/url] book except for those convicted of terrorism, drugs, forgery, human trafficking and other materials.
