Political analyst Muhammad Karim al-Saadi said that Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi’s call for dialogue must be determined during which the time period for ending the foreign presence in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in implementation of the parliament’s decision and not to circumvent this decision.
Al-Saadi said to "the information", that "proof of sincerity of intentions is by moving forward with the Parliament's decision to expel foreign forces from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] according to a timetable prepared by the government."
He added, "Al-Kazemi's call for dialogue must be accompanied by a time frame for the removal of foreign forces, and not a dialogue in order to circumvent the parliament's decision."

Rather, it is a decision issued by the representatives of the people and the duty of implementation, whether from the current, previous, or even future government." 25 n
