"We are awaiting procedures and instructions for opening the application for Basmajah loans, according to the new instructions," the source said, pointing out that "there may be a inclusion of retirees in the sponsorship of the beneficiary or applying for housing units."
On the sixth of last February, Al-Rafidain Bank announced the restoration of the sponsor’s condition for citizens who intend to apply for loans to buy housing units in Basmajah, with the exception of employees whose salaries are exclusively with the bank, indicating that the repayment period is 15 years.
He added that a number of branches have been identified to apply for Bismayah apartments, which are the branches of (Al-Mustansir - Caliphs - Al-Amin - Bab Al-Sharqi - Al-Firdous - Al-Zahraa neighborhood - Baratha - Al-Qasr Al-Arabi - Al-Amel neighborhood - Al-Maarifah - Seven Palaces - Al-Hurriya - Al-Madaen).
