Today, Saturday, National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji said that the army and the Popular Mobilization Forces are the safety valve of Iraq.
A tweet by Al-Araji, followed by the National News Center, stated that “Iraq is the homeland of defenders, a country of diverse belonging, a country of jealousy, kindness and altruism,” adding: “And its invincible safety valve remains the army, the popular mobilization, the anti-terror agency, the police, and all kinds of our security forces.”
He pointed out that they are "all one for one Iraq and a promising future."
Earlier in the day, the Minister of Defense, Jumah Inad, said that those who say that the operations against ISIS would not have been completed without the crowd is wrong, but the latter only contributed to the acceleration of liberation.
